What is a website traffic funnel?

The new WTF? in online marketing for the low to no budget webmaster is a website traffic funnel. If you only use paid advertising this article is not for you. Free traffic, traffic exchange, and safelist users please read.

See many traffic system and traffic exchange system users go in and promote their direct link on 20-30 traffic exchanges and spend a couple hours a day surfing for credits, reading e-mails to send e-mails and more. They have no plan or means to build higher levels of traffic or a exit plan to get them away from surfing 2-3 hours a day to feed their programs.

A traffic funnel is a simple system to implement and many have them already and don’t know it but have failed to maximize their potential.

A traffic funnel is a central site that converts credits to traffic for your program and earns those credits with a minimum amount of work required. The perfect base for this is a multi tiered traffic exchange that allows you to earn credits on several levels of referred members when they surf.

Example:

I recruit Joe – Joe brings Bill, Bill brings Dan, Dan bring Phil.

I earn when I surf, and I earn traffic when Joe, bill, Dan, and Phil surf.

It’s a simple multiplication of effort, you get traffic when your downline surfs as well as from your personal efforts. In my case I use my traffic exchange Traffic Fire Storm as a traffic funnel because I designed it so that even free members get 5 levels of traffic earning downline. It also has things like progressive surfing and rewards for surfing back to back days, has contest, random credit awards, and a daily traffic lottery.

What I do to make it a funnel is I use 10-20 other traffic exchanges to promote and build my team at Traffic Fire Storm. They promote TFS and build my downline further and earn me credits even before I surf each day. I only promote TFS in other exchanges and promote all my other programs in TFS.

In addition to surfing and traffic generation Traffic Fire Storm also has a downline builder with programs submitted by our members. By joining all of these programs and adding my affiliate link to them I am able to build a downline in all of these programs free and paid when I bring new people in. If my referrals bring people in and have not joined any of the programs in the downline builder but that referral doe they join my team as well.

A good traffic Funnel will build massive traffic from the efforts of others as well as my efforts. It will build multiple streams of income, and will get all of my promotion from other exchanges.

I spend around 30 minute to an hour a day to surf other exchanges and promote TFS, my referrals and I surf a minimum 100 sites a day in TFS to get the progressive surf rewards and earn a few credits, and in the end I get tons of traffic, more than if I just used the other exchanges to promote and build multiple streams of income. It’s a true team effort.
