A new and best of all FREE tool on Twitter that was created by Damon Cortesi is TweepSearch. This is a lot of peoples favorite tool as it has the most options and is by far the most flexible in relation to searching through people and then sorting  the people that you find to contact.

Twitteral is a rather new tool that you can find on Twitter. This tool helps you to find and sort through people in a business profession who are talking about the same topics you are or the topics that are mostly related to your business profession.
